Immersive Nature-Based Solutions Space – ‘Immersive Nature-Based Solutions Space’. A unique suite of visualisation tools, with a flagship immersive space where models, videos, and other imagery are projected onto four walls – Find out more: International Land Use Study Centre (ILUSC) – James Hutton Institute

STED super-resolution machine – Microscopy – STED lasers enable us to image even live, mobile structures, in combination, at super-resolution- Find out more: Imaging – Barley Hub

Hutton Molecular Phenotyping Centre – Our researchers will use the phenotyping equipment to understand how different environmental conditions affect plants at the molecular level. This knowledge can then be used to inform crop-based solutions to sustainable food, energy and environmental security.
