She has a strong passion for connecting people with nature and believes everyone should have access to nature and learn how to connect with it. Abbie has worked with a number of non-profits across the UK and Europe learning more about how to connect people to nature and the best methods of communicating the importance of protecting it. She has lived a bit of a varied work life with experience in seabird ecology, communications, community engagement, informal education (including adult training), visitor engagement and event management – just to list a few things.
