The £62m Tay City Region Deal funded project has delivered a brand new building which houses some exceptional spaces with top of the range AV facilities.
Space | Details |

Auditorium | The auditorium can seat up to 160 people in total or be split into two separate auditoriums with 70 and 90 people respectively in each. |
Training room | This can hold up to 60 people |
Collaboration rooms | Suitable for workshops or meetings, we have seven collaborations room which can hold between four to nine people. |
Board rooms | There are two board rooms which can double as meeting rooms or as small auditorium. Capacity depends on type of usage but up to a maximum of 20 people and 60 people if used in theatre style. Details available on request |
Focus rooms and breakout spaces | These can be used on an ad-hoc basis during conferences and workshops depending on availability. |

Getting to Invergowrie
By car
Our Invergowrie campus is based in the lovely village of Invergowrie itself which is five miles from Dundee city centre. It is easily accessible by all major routes using the A90.
By train
You can arrive at Invergowrie train station which is only a few minutes walk to the Hutton Institute or take the train to Dundee and get a taxi which is a ten minute drive to Invergowrie and costs around £10.
By plane
There are direct flights from London’s Heathrow airport to Dundee Airport which is only a few miles from the Hutton; or we can also be reached from either Edinburgh and Aberdeen airports and then car/taxi/train is needed, depending on direction its just over an hour’s drive from each airport.
