I work with JHI staff and companies to build funding applications to external organisations such as Innovate UK, Scottish Enterprise, and other funders. If projects are awarded, I undertake the project management duties during the project lifecycle including liaising with teams to ensure project deliverables and budgets are met.
Biography
I graduated in Plant Biotechnology from Abertay University and have experience of working in a research laboratory. I previously worked as an Environmental Business Advisor for small and medium-sized enterprises in Scotland, mostly focusing on solid waste management with experience of energy & water issues. I also worked in a small business that supplied silk scarves, pewter jewellery, and clay bothies to tourism businesses in Scotland developing organisational skills and budgeting.
